Everywhere.We offer you a flexible and dynamic environment with opportunities to go beyond your comfort zone in order to grow personally and professionally.Responsibilities:-Coordinate to solve batch issues found in incoming inspection, internal manufacturing process and customer which is caused by supplier, drive supplier improvement via CAPA process where necessary and monitor effectiveness of improvement.-Implement a plan for supplier quality audits and assessments. Coordinate a supplier quality audit program. Align with TE requirements. Coordinate and participant in external audits. Monitor and ensure effectiveness of supplier quality audit process. -Contribute to new supplier qualification, supplier periodic evaluation and monitoring as independent Q input with global CFT team, and implement eg: focus audit to supplier and drive development plan where necessary.-Initiate and facilitate CAPA process under defined procedure, follow up agreed actions and ensure the effectiveness of CAPA. -Change control process as Q-gate to ensure 1st lot of material is in compliance with defined procedure and requirement.Requirements-5 years above working experience in supplier quality or in related quality function areas.-Working experience in medical device or PCBA manufacturing is a plus-Has advanced knowledge of the supplier topic, certified ISO9001/ISO13485 internal auditor is preferred.-Familiar with electronic/mechanical manufacturing process and components.-QC tools/CAPA//6 Sigma, CAPA methodological mindset for continuous improvement Our global team:We are a team of 66,000 highly dedicated employees across more than 70 countries passionately pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in healthcare to help improve people’s lives around the world.
