ob Responsibilities: Develop and win new business via designin (specin) by providing for application engineering support; Develop and provide technical training and services to both internal and external customers; Identify and help define new offerings to meet new demands from collecting VOC (Voice of Customers) defining CCR (Critical Customer Requirements) to NPI (New Product Introduction) where heshe is to act as interface and catalyst between customers sales and RD team; Penetrate new applications andor new customer base to grow sales via technical marketing and sales; Join customer visits with sales team on routine basis; Closely involve and support new product introduction projects; Survey and analyze technology trend and competitive intelligence and provide initiatives and inputs for new product development; Prepare marketing collaterals like sales kits application notes etc; Qualifications: Bachelor degree or above in Electrical Engineering or related background;
