1. university degree in computer science or electrical engineering is preferred.;
2. 1 years equivalent work experience;
3. proven experience with network capacity planning, network security principles, and general network management best practices;
4. strong, hands-on technical knowledge of network and pc/mac operating systems;
5. working technical knowledge of workstations, printers, mac computer and network hardware, protocols, and internet standards;
6. excellent popular software (ms office, adobe software and etc) troubleshooting experience;
7. able to conduct research into networking issues and products as required;
8. proven analytical and problem-solving abilities; team player and strong customer service orientation.
9. english skills in oral, reading and written.
