General Summary StatementThis role will be responsible for the credit underwriting of all retail finance applications and general administration of all associated activities. Key Duties:? Perform the credit underwriting assessments on retail credit applications in an effective and professional manner; ensuring procedures and purchasing guidelines are adhered to. Have the capability to identify credit risk and fraud.? Negotiate and follow-up on non-decision credit applications and “approved not purchased” Proactively and promptly respond to dealers inquires via telephones, emails or other channels ? Provide prompt and courteous responses to both internal and external customers with a loyal and professional fashion that establishes and maintains good business relationships? Good sense of service. Maintain good business relationship through professional and courteous manners ? Understand and apply most recent financing plans, programs, and procedures ? Strive and constant collaboration with all teams to achieve business objectives? Ensure all credit applications and related customer data are stored appropriately and timely in accordance with compliance, policy and procedure requirements? Carry out other ad hoc assignments, support or activities as required by the businessRequirements:? University graduate with Business or Banking major preferred? Good practical understanding and knowledge of retail credit financing and the legislative requirements. 1-2 years’ experience of credit underwriting assessment.? Exhibit service-minded, professional, confident and non-confrontational negotiation skill ? Able to work in flexible hours or days per business needs?
