Structured as a matrix organization of six geographical regions and eight platforms, Louis Dreyfus Company is active in over 100 countries and employs approximately 17,000 people globally.We are looking for Functional (Business) Support Analyst with minimum 2 years of experience with SAP to provide SAP functional support to the Business as part of the Global SAP L1 Support Team.We are currently building a team in China in addition to the existing L1 team located in Sofia, Bulgaria. As part of the team situated in China, you will be supporting users from Finance, Accounting, Procurement, Industry business, Sales and Distribution, Quality Management, Plant Maintenance streams with main responsibilities, as follows:Role:? Investigate and resolve incidents / requests with high quality, analyzing and identifying the root cause for the repetitive issues? Answer questions and support Key users as first Point of contact (incl. discussions during Key users meetings)? Participate in SAP onboarding trainings for new SAP end users? Maintain good working relationships with stakeholders? Prepare and continuously update user guides and training materials available on SharePoint upon validation of Business Process Owners? Spot users’ needs and conduct end users/key users trainings? Continuously deep dive in business processes to enrich knowledge and expertise? Perform and support functional testings (User Acceptance Tests, Non Regression Tests)? Share knowledge within SAP support team maintaining all kind of documentation that is useful for team's daily work and expertise? Identify needs and opportunities to improve work and processes? Focus on processes standardization across countries and increase efficiency? Sustainable engagement in new Projects for SAP implementationSkills:? Pro-active approach and customer oriented attitude? Experience in SAP BI reporting, ARIBA network and Fiori Application is a plus? Sound understanding of FICO, BI, Procurement, Industry business, SD, QM, PM and other SAP processes?
