ESSENTIAL DUTIES OF THE JOB- Fundamental research of China grains marketo Maintain China grains balance sheets by gathering and consolidating data and information internally and externallyo Main items: domestic corn (national and key regional), import feed grains, import wheato Work closely with grains trading and marketing teamo Build and maintain external relationships to know market informationo Communicate clearly with global and China team on the changes, flags, and reasons- Price and order-flow analytics in China corn marketo Build basic models for price/margin/spread analysis from fundamental inputso Actively participate in cash and trading discussionso Validate factors that influences order-flows and prices- Continuous improvement on research methods and communication- Contribute to the data and process improvement of whole research teamCOMPETENCIES/SKILLS REQUIRED- Analytical and logical mindset; critical thinking and problem solving; attention to details- Good communication skills- Good team work- Advanced excel user- Preferred but not must: fluent in English / experience in an international environmentEDUCATION/EXPERIENCE- Bachelor’s degree or above- Experiences in agriculture or commodity research, preferred working experience with China corn market 职能类别：金融/经济研究员
