Responsibilities:- Develop digital account penetration strategies, qualify leads and remotely generate demand for the sales force throughout the entire sales process, and collaborate with team members to uncover all customer needs.- Be part of the direct and indirect customer touchpoints to open up opportunities for the sales force.- Build an accurate lead pipeline and enhance the overall opportunity pipeline.- Act within a global team and be in a strong and close collaboration with multiple division like Sales, Marketing, Business Units and Market Segments.- Analyze potential markets and customers and perform digital research on target markets, to identify new sales opportunities.- Manage the Digital go-to-market process to identify, qualify, capture, propose and forward new leads to the Sales Teams.- Identify and collaborate with key decision makers in the industry.- Create leads and new potential businesses in collaboration with sales, marketing, business units and market segment managers, often involves interacting with customers.- Understand the Product Marketing messaging and go-to-market strategy in order to support sales.- Oversee all of the tactics used to develop and cultivate long-term customer relationships and using skills as well as strategic knowledge to help businesses enter and succeed in new markets.- Support Sales to identify gaps within the different customer segments and market segments.- Together with sales manage resources on customers and their potentials and support accordingly to pull them in.- Qualify and validate prospects as well as find unknown potential customers.- Continuously improve our digital channels together with Marketing.- Leverage sales analysis for insights into execution.- Continually track digital channel metrics and KPIs to ensure growth.- Develop and implement new sales initiatives.Requirements:- Bachelor or Master degree in "International Management", "Business Administration" or any sales/marketing related studies.- Relevant professional experience in Sales with a strong Sales mindset.- Entrepreneurial and results-driven achiever.- Strong quantitative, analytical and conceptual problem solving skills combined with outstanding business acumen.- Strong communication skills to identify needs of customers and prospects.- Digital affinity with a broad know-how about current marketing tools and strategies.- Excellent collaboration skills while working with multi-national teams and departments.- Strong analytical abilities to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.- Fluent in English.
