We're looking for a new colleague to join ZF Aftermarket at our location in Kunshan.

Your tasks:
* The Lean Promotion Officer (LPO) is responsible for leading and coordinating the implementation of appropriate elements of the ZF Production System (ZF PS), Production System Assessment (PSA) and Lean Transformation Planning (LTP) within the facility, under the direct control of the facility leadership.
* Serve as liaison for proposals to improve operational performance of facility; support facility management in evaluating plant processes for continuous improvement opportunities utilizing appropriate ZF Production Systems methods such as the ZF Lean Evaluation / Lean Assessment/ Production System Assessment tool and Lean Transformation Plan.
* Train facility staff in ZF PS methods, according to the agreed elements from ZF PS Method Box to ensure the theme and expected result from the workshop is achieved.
* Ensure that ZF PS is fully understood and communicated within the facilities via appropriate training sessions, including ZF PS or PSA methods and tools.
* Promote and support facility management awareness and application of ZF PS tools to improve metrics related to safety, delivery performance, quality, productivity, and operational costs
* Ensure that Continuous Improvement System (CIS) is deployed in the facility and used to capture scalable improvements. Ensure that where appropriate facility read across is implemented.
* Prepare, monitor and control appropriate tracking methods and KPI reporting of ZF PS activities for the facilities.
* Ensures exchange of know-how and experiences among the LPO community.
* Maintain records and provides reports on progress of LTP, to conduct monthly lean reviews with the LCA and facility management by Teams and at least two face to face reviews per year.
* Attend once per year a face to face workshop in one facility per region with the LCA and facility manager, including a “Back to Basics” best practice sharing event at an OE facility.
* In cooperation with facility management, mentors and coaches staff and facility management in latest lean tools and techniques.
* Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, formal training, reviewing professional publications, establishing and expanding professional networks, and participating in professional
societies.
* Ensure compliance with ZF policies and procedures including all TS16949 requirements.
* Perform other duties as assigned.

Your profile:
* 5 years’ lean promotion experience working in manufacturing, automotive industry.
* Advanced English.
* Certified of 6 sigma is a plus.
* Good problem-solving skills, able to identity improvement opportunities.
* Very good negotiation, organizational and communication skills.
* Teamwork orientation; responsibility and professionalism in fulfilling tasks.
* Good time and resources management.
