Job Objectives:
Parts Sales and Ordering Inquiry Handling
-Support to monitor order processing in SAP system to meet Sales target;
-Collaborate with IT to solve SAP system issue to guarantee order processing;
-Support special topics related with parts sales and order processing for internal
customers and departments;
-Follow up the audit, compliance and risk management method towards daily
sales operation.
Customer Service
-Key account for different customers;
-Direct Communication with PC dealers;
-Maintain good cooperation with customers;
-Urgent cases and special customers request handling.
Inter-department Cooperation
-Coordinate actively with internal departments for customer inquiries and offer feedback with solution to customers on time and in a professional manner;
-Coordinate with warehouse about picking note release for special shipment.
Qualification
Diploma in Automotive, Logistics and/or Business Administration or equivalent;
Working experience 1-3 years in the automotive business on retail as well as wholesale level;
Good communication and problem solving skills;
Good coordination and cooperation skills on teamwork.
