Position Summary 负责亚洲地区SAP CRM上线工作，协助业务部门实施和优化SAP CRM解决方案，确保其与业务需求相匹配。与总部项目团队和本地业务团队紧密合作，收集需求、制定解决方案，并协调各方资源，确保项目按时、按质完成。 Responsible for rolling out SAP CRM in Asian countries. Assist business teams in implementing and optimizing SAP CRM solutions to ensure alignment with their business requirements. You will work closely with global project team and local business teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and coordinate resources to ensure timely and quality project delivery. Duties and Responsibilities: 1. 协助全球团队进行地区SAP CRM推广上线。重点培训当地用户。确保测试流程顺利。 Assist the global team in regional SAP CRM rollouts. Focus on training local users. Ensure smooth testing processes. 2. 监督并管理地区的CRM测试。确保测试的准确性和可靠性。处理业务偏差。 Oversee and manage CRM testing in the region. Ensure the accuracy and reliability. Address any discrepancies. 3. 根据地区要求调整Lead-to-Order流程。进行必要的定制。确保符合当地标准。 Tailor the Lead-to-Order Processes according to regional requirements. Make necessary customizations. Ensure compliance with local standards. 4. 与所在地区的Busch关键用户定期会议。讨论并解决问题。收集并探讨新想法。 Facilitate regular meetings with Busch Key Users in the region. Discuss and address issues. Brainstorm and collect new ideas. 5. 每月向全球团队报告。分享更新、成就和挑战。寻求反馈和建议。 Report to global teams monthly. Share updates, achievements, and challenges. Seek feedback and suggestions. 6. 处理与CRM云解决方案相关的高级IT问题。诊断并解决技术问题。必要时与总部专家合作。 Handle advanced IT ticket issues related to cloud solutions. Diagnose and solve technical problems. Collaborate with global specialists when necessary. 7. 支持全球团队管理数据。监督数据清洗过程。确保准确的数据提供。 Manage data during rollouts. Mornitor data cleansing processes. Ensure accurate data provisioning. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: 1. 熟悉SAP CRM的主要模块和功能（如销售、市场营销、服务管理等），具有销售意识。 Familiar with key modules and functionalities of SAP CRM, such as Sales, Marketing, Service Management, etc. Strong sense of sales preferred. 2. 具备良好的英语听说能力，能够与总部团队进行有效的沟通。 Proficient in written and spoken English, able to communicate effectively with global teams. 3. 具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神，能够与业务团队成员有效地合作。 Strong communication and teamwork skills, able to collaborate effectively with business teams. 4. 具备良好的问题解决能力和分析能力，能够理解和解决复杂的业务和技术问题。 Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities, capable of understanding and resolving complex business and technical issues. 5. 具备项目管理经验，熟悉项目管理方法和工具。 Project management experience, familiar with project management methods and tools. Qualifications, Training, and Experience: 1. 本科或以上学历，计算机科学、信息系统或相关专业优先考虑。 Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Management, or related fields preferred. 2. 具备至少5年以上的SAP CRM实施经验，并致力于SAP相关领域发展，熟悉SAP CRM系统配置、定制和集成。 At least 5 years of SAP CRM implementation experience, with expertise in SAP CRM system configuration, customization, and integration. Wish to have future career path in SAP related. 3. 具有外资企业工作经验者优先。 Working experience in a foreign investment enterprise is a plus.
