职责描述： 1. Be responsible for problem solving of production line and customer
complain 2. Optimize production process and fixture to improve products
quality, delivery and cost down 3. Develop new process and fixture 4. Draft and
maintain PFMEA and operation guidelines 5. Improve the productivity with lean
method 6. Summarize lessons learn, and regular exchange of lessons learned with
central functions 7. Follow up new project in cooperation with central function
and/or equipment supplier 8. Follow up customer and internal audit
