We're looking for a new colleague to join ZF Aftermarket at our location in
Xuhui, Shanghai.
Main tasks:
* Responsible for proTech WS recruiting (quantitative) and sell-out
performance(qualitative) development target achievement. Support both
traditional sales channel and RTM direct sales channel.
负责售后认证工位项目的开发数量及售出业绩达标，支持传统渠道和直供全渠道。
* Integrate overall sell-out concept development and implementation with
cross functions. Like training concept development, off-line and on-line
integration, WBP WS loyalty program etc.与合作部门协同，优化及执行售出政策，协作优化售出概念符合市场的需求。
* Lead and manage sell-out on-field team to achieve overall target.
领导和管理区域零售督导团队，负责本地和整体的绩效达标。
Your tasks:
* WS Recruiting: draft ZF target customer profile, organize process
management with local team, ensure efficient recruiting.
门店开发：定位目标画像，组织过程管理，确保有效的门店拜访和招募。
* WS sell-out performance maintenance: based on ZF sell-out concept,
transfer, implement and facilitate retail program, like WS training
organization, promotion adaption, traffic flow introducing, loyalty program
guidance etc. integrate with cross-functions, to support WS sell-out
performance improvement. Collect WS request and feedback, engage into the
retail concept improvement.
门店售出维护和提升：在公司零售政策和概念的基础上，传达，执行和优化公司的零售政策和零售服务概念。比如培训的组织，促销活动的落实，门店引流的链接，门店忠诚度的引导等。和跨部分协作，帮助门店提升整体售出能力和售出业绩。收集门店的需求，反馈门店的意见，并辅助管理层进行各项零售政策的优化。
* Data collection and analysis of competitors.数据收集和竞争对手分析。
* Supply-chain efficiency monitoring: get insight into supply chain(service
provider) operation status and service evaluation. Based on retail APP system,
support process management coordination.
供应链效率跟踪和支持：了解门店供应链（服务商）的业务体系和服务效率，配合ZF零售小程序进行供应链效率追踪，参与过程管理和问题解决。
* WS growth management and budget management: WS application, upgrade,
approval etc process management, WS cost and budget control within company
policy.门店成长流程管理和相关预算管理：落实门店的申请，升级，审批等相关流程工作，并根据公司要求进行门店的成本和投入管理。
Your profile:
* ≥ 8 years practical expertise in IAM. WS/retail management working
expertise is better. 8年以上工作经验。汽车售后市场门店管理或零售管理相关经验优先。
* WS operation Experience will be added. 实际门店运营经验者优先考虑。
* Business trip required需要高频的市场拜访和出差要求
* Advanced skills of MS Office software. 熟练应用办公软件
