Job Description
1. Quality support customer. Coordination between customer and Bosch internal
•Handling customer 0-km and field complaints
•Coordination of launch support activities
•Conduct containment actions and preventive measures at customer location
•Regular meetings with customers to review quality issues and make corrective and preventive action.
•Monitor customer scorecard.
2. Techincal support customer through pre SOP, series production and aftermarket.
•improve customer technical knowhow for our products and reduce the cost of warranty
•Component handling check in customer process related to Bosch products, improve/ correct customer process for Bosch products
•Technical support customer, coordinate pre-analysis in customer plants and go and see activities in field
•Coordinate technical seminars with each customer yearly to avoid S
