职责描述： 1.To teach the curriculum established by the school, integrating the curriculum with the school's Educational Objectives; 2.To take the responsibility of designing lesson plans that demonstrate a clear connection between instruction and the curriculum established by the school, selecting and using school-approved teaching strategies and classroom resources, implementing teaching research; 3.To provide a stimulating and effective learning environment for the students in supporting their learning, encouraging students' creative thinking and promote critical inquiry; 4.To maintain close partnership with parents, colleagues and the community; 5.To provide both written reports (termly) and informal communications (where required) to parents on the growth, progress, and attainment of the students; 6.To Create a safe, orderly and supportive classroom atmosphere that is conducive to effective teaching and learning; 7.Other duties as reasonably required by the Principal of International Division. 任职要求： 1.Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physics subjects; 2.Teaching qualification; 3.Minimum 3 years' full time international curriculum teaching experience, experience with IB curriculum and Chinese students preferred; 4.Excellent classroom management and behavior management skills; 5.Ability to work as a part of a team in planning and implementing the school’s curriculum, strategic plans and policies; 6.Strong interests in leading extra-curricular programme; 7.Strong interpersonal and communication skills; 8.Personal integrity and professional ethics.
