You work closely with various departments and teams to gather requirements, devise solutions, and coordinate resources to guarantee the stability of business data supporting tools. Duties and Responsibilities: 1. 负责业务部门工具运行、开发与维护，支持业务数据需求。 Responsible for the operation, develop and maintenance of business department tools to support business data needs. 2. 负责数据及报告更新，确保生产数据的准确性和可靠性。 Responsible for data and report updates, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of production data. 3. 负责支持业务数据和报告定期更新。 Responsible for supporting regular updates of business data and reports. 4. 与业务部门关键用户保持沟通，讨论并解决问题。收集并探讨新想法。 Maintain communication with key users in business departments, discuss and resolve issues, as well as gather and explore new ideas. 5. 支持数据管理。监督数据清洗过程。确保准确的数据提供。 Support data management. Supervise the data cleansing process to ensure accurate data provision. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: 1. 熟悉主流数据库，具备良好的数据处理逻辑，有良好的学习能力。 Familiar with mainstream databases, possessing strong data processing logic, and demonstrating excellent learning capabilities. 2. 熟悉Python、SQL等相关数据分析处理语言，能够实现数据相关的工具、功能开发。 Proficient in Python, SQL, and other related data analysis and processing languages, capable of developing tools and functionalities related to data. 3. 具备良好的问题解决能力和分析能力，能够理解和解决复杂的业务和技术问题。 Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities, capable of understanding and resolving complex business and technical issues. 4. 具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神，能够与业务团队成员有效地合作。 Strong communication and teamwork skills, able to collaborate effectively with business teams. 5. 具备良好的英语听说能力，能够与团队及业务部门进行有效的沟通。 Proficient in written and spoken English, able to communicate effectively with global teams. Qualifications, Training, and Experience: 1. 本科或以上学历，计算机科学、信息系统或相关专业优先考虑。 Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Management, or related fields preferred. 2. 具备数据项目实施经验，有数据分析、数据应用开发经验者优先。 Candidates with experience in data project implementation, as well as experience in data analysis and data application development, are preferred. 3. 具有外资企业工作经验者优先。 Working experience in a foreign investment enterprise is a plus.
