Duties and Responsibilities: 1. 利用公司提供的客户资源通过电话、邮件与客户沟通，进行电话呼出，清洗客户数据，了解客户需求，市场需求和竞争对手信息。 Through customer resources provided by the company to communicate with customers by telephone or email, make phone calls, clear the customer basic data, understand customer needs, market needs and competitor information. 2. 记录并跟进收到的销售线索，与外部销售配合，促进销售订单。 Record and follow up sales leads received, cooperate with external sales to facilitate sales orders. 3. 为客户提供配件报价和服务保养方案，拓展新客户或维护现有客户，完成销售业绩目标。 Provide spare parts quotation or service maintenance solutions to customers, develop new customers, or maintain existing customers, and achieve sales target. 4. 定期联系客户，挖掘销售机会。 Regular communication with customers, identify potential sales opportunities. 5. 负责客户满意度调查和NPS，并提供改进建议。 Responsible for customer satisfaction survey and NPS every year and provide improvement suggestions. 6. 对公司的电话营销和服务方案提出改进意见，提高客户满意度。 Provide improvement suggestions for the company's tele-marketing plan and service plan to improve customer satisfaction. 7. 协助销售经理整理日常拜访报告及内部沟通。 Assisted sales manager in compiling daily visit reports and internal communication. 8. 上级安排的其他工作。 Other related work assigned by line manager. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: 1. 良好的交流能力，较强的客户服务及需求意识。 Good communication ability and strong customer service and demand awareness. 2. 具有较强的责任心，诚实守信。富有工作激情和团队协作精神。 Strong sense of responsibility, integrity and trustworthy, full of work passion and team spirit. 3. 抗压能力较强。 Strong ability to work under pressure. Qualifications, Training, and Experience: 1. 本科及以上学历，机械类专业优先。 Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical or relevant is preferred. 2. 有电话销售或相关工作经验者优先。 Telemarketing or related work experience is preferred. 3. 熟练使用 MS Office办公软件，熟练使用Excel。 Good knowledge of MS Office software, proficient in Excel.
