In this hands-on, versatile role, we are looking for a candidate who can effectively interprets creative briefs and develops bar-raising creative for visual brand systems, onsite experiences, and campaigns for Amazon Business footprints across APAC (AU, SG, CN and JP). The ideal candidate is a design thinker, motivated to develop the best solution for every challenge, regardless of scope, length or budget. You professionally present your work, with enthusiasm for both inspired creative and logical thinking. You will be working alongside a team of designers, art directors, and project managers to bring the brand to life across key touch points. Additionally, you will guide internal and external teams on executing the brand guidelines to a high standard across channels.Primary Responsibilities • Work with internal/external creative teams to develop, or consult on the original visual content creating such as animation, H5 and packaging design for APAC markets.• Create user-centered designs by considering market analysis, customer feedback, site metrics, and usability findings; contributing to the strategy of future creative directions.• Demonstrated potential to work well with a wide range of creative talent, both inside and outside of your organization• Starts with the customer in mind and understands the powerful role that creative content can play in a successful and engaging customer experience. Basic Qualifications • 3 years of design experience at a creative agency or similar experience• Excellent English written/verbal communication skills• Proficiency in creative tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch and Keynotes• Conceptualize and execute narrative storytelling ability.加分项有以下行业经验:互联网·电子商务
