Responsibilities- Global patent management under every perspective- Litigation management- Contracting under IP perspective- IP searching in particular where Chinese command is required- Handling of IP fields of such as patent, trademark, copyright, know-how as required- On-site representative/contact of IP Department at the development center in Shanghai/ChangzhouRequirements:- BA degree in mechanical-electrical engineering, mechanical engineering automotive or a related subject- At least 3-year experience on IP matters referring to electric, mechanical, automotive engineering or a related field- Willingness to extend into new areas of expertise, and work under pressure- Communication skills on all levels of management and employees- Business sense and understanding of business risks and opportunities related to IP- Competence on self-organization and reliability- Fluent command in English and Chinese, German is a plus but not required 职能类别：知识产权/专利/商标
