职责描述：Manufacturing Planning:- Create manufacturing concepts as per alignment with CBUs, Project Department and plants- Analysis of machine utilization scenarios- Alignment of concept needs and prioritization- Preparation and organize of Kickoff Operation- Clarification of economic framework conditions and design variants and optimizations- Creation of Manufacturing Flow Charts- Master data maintenance Machine Capacity and utilization analyses across all locations- Planning of a balanced utilization of all locations- Consulting for site-optimized products and assembly-oriented designsInvest Purchasing:- Purchase of assembly, processing and testing machines as well as special equipment for steering systems- Ensuring the complete order processing:1..Execution of requests for quotations2.Conducting contract, price and forward negotiations3.Processing/coordination of contracts (PO/Contract creation, invoice follow up, complaints managment)4.Payment approvals as well as internal process disruptions such as goods receipt, acceptance protocols, etc.- Supplier development in cooperation with Manufacturing Engineering and Management任职要求：-minimum Bachelor in mechanical engineering or similar-Min 3 years experience in automotive or machine manufacture industry-Good in English or German-Good Communication skill, need to communicate with BU Plants and Global. 职能类别：工程/设备工程师
