1. 主要职责 Main Responsibility:1）使用Rational DOORS®的系统要求规范； Specification of system requirements with the usage of Rational DOORS®.2）系统架构设计 ； Design of system architecture. 3） 保证偏差范围，保证产品符合要求，注重电子功能 ； Maintaining of the deviation and conformity against the requirements, focus on electronic functionality. 4）与利益相关者阐明所有技术要求（关注客户、安全和系统要求） ； Clarification of all technical requirements with the stakeholders (focus on customer, safety and system requirements).5）负责系统（产品）需求的明确定义和更新； Responsible of the clear definition and updates of the system (product) requirements.6） 负责需求的证明和版本管理； Responsible of the proof of the requirements and their versioning.7）管理并负责需求变更管理和可跟踪性 ； Management and responsible of the requirements change management and the traceability.8） 按照平台要求进行输入； Support platform requirements input.9）与客户、业务部门和中央电子部门对接，确保需求可跟踪性； Interfacing with the customer, Business Unit and Central Electronic ensuring requirements traceability. 10）管理和引导本地电子制造服务（EMS）规范 ； Management and lead the specifications of the local electronic manufacturing services (EMS) . 11）完成上级领导安排的其他工作任务。 Undertake tasks assigned by leaders. 2. 上岗条件 Qualification:1）本科及以上 Bachelor degree or above 2）机电工程、机电一体化或相关专业 Electrical engineering, mechatronic or similar 3）至少3年汽车行业工作经验 Minimum 3 years experience in the automotive field具有批量生产电子产品的系列开发经验 Experience in series development of electronic products for mass production4）熟悉软件和硬件的开发方法及流程 Knowledge of Hardware
