Amazon Buy with Prime and Multi-Channel Fulfillment are some the fastest-growing businesses within Amazon, is looking for an experienced Senior Tech Partnerships Manager to launch and manage relationships with our most strategic eCommerce and Channel API partners. You will develop, drive, and manage execution of strategic plans with new and existing partners and collaborate with internal teams such as Sales, Product, Solution Architects, Legal and Marketing.Our ideal candidate thinks long term and is always looking around corners for future possibilities, have a passion for launching and scaling tech partnerships and understand that the most successful partnerships are formed by aligning motivations and developing mutual goals. You will work backwards from the value that the partnership can bring to our customers to deliver results through joint solutions and integrations. You will engage and align with both internal and external stakeholders to drive growth of our shared customer base.You are able to negotiate commercial terms, technical in nature, data-driven, clear communicator (both written and verbal), organized, and have a proven track record of getting things done. Manage commercial negotiation, full go-to-market plans, impact product teams to reflect the merchant’s needs, identify opportunities and goals for each partner and coordinate with the extended team to deliver results.? Define success criteria and communicate the needs of your partners and their customers.? Develop, drive, and manage execution of strategic joint initiatives with partners. Including but not limited to: joint events, content, lead generation, product enhancements, optimize marketing engagements and negotiate commercial terms.? Write crisp strategy and execution documents for a varied audience, including leadership and partner teams.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS? 7 years in Business development, channel partnerships or, API partnerships.? Demonstrated track history of scaling partnerships and implementing GTM plans.? Strong analytical and quantitative skills, ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop business cases.? Excellent verbal and written communication skills.? Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.? Background in eCommerce.? History of success managing strategic partners, clients or accounts.? Experience in working with nascent products/services.? Operates with a bias for action and willingness to roll up sleeves and get things done.? Experience in the warehousing, logistics, or fulfillment industries will be highly beneficial.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS? MBA? Strong verbal and written communication skills.? Ability to influence others in a collaborative fashion.? Strong decision-making skills.? Ability to prioritize in a complex, fast-paced environment.? Ability to gather, interpret and apply a wide range of data.? Strong organizational skills.?
