Job Description:
• Lead APAC Heat Transfer (HVAC/R and MAC) technology team and drive innovation program to fill growth pipeline
• Strengthen and build start-of-the-art technical expertise and tools to support current business and new growth objectives in industries like EV, automotive, Energy, Utilities, Cold Storage, etc.
• Close work with business to understand mega-trend, identify and set up APAC technology roadmap and make sure it is in alignment with regional and global business and technology strategy
• Drive cross region cooperation with DM and other HGR technical teams/labs
• As technical industry expert, Build broad relationship with related APAC industry associations, authorities and universities to support both long term and short-term growth initiatives
• Responsible for key MOS, including Roadmap, STRAP, AOP, Local PAC, Accolade NPD and Z21, SFDC, implementation for FP HVAC/R and MAC business and drive quality improvement
• Support localization of FP material manufacture
• Manage HT application labs and ensure all lab work is carried out under Honeywell HSE policy
Basic Qualifications:
• Master or above degree (5 years related work experience) in Refrigeration Engineering, Cryogenics, Automatic Control, Mechanical engineering, etc.
• A broad knowledge of heat transfer thermodynamics, HVAC system, commercial refrigeration, heat transfer at component level design, simulation, and prototyping
Other Qualifications:
• PHD preferred
• Excellent presentation skills and ability to listen, analyze and communicate effectively regarding technically oriented solutions for internal and external stakeholder/customers
• Experienced in NPD or Agile development process with good business acumen and act as technical gate keeper with good discipline
• Proven ability to lead and influence in a matrix/cross functional and regional oriented organization and drive for key deliverables
