Job Summary:
• Assist in talent management initiatives.
• Clear of the Talent Resources Plan with the objective of supporting individual and
organizational growth.
• Keep active communication within the staff to know employees’ questions and
problems.
• Be sensitive to staff’s concerns/complaints, help keeping employee relations, and
follows-up appropriately.
• Solicit, receive, and process talent requests in a timely manner.
• Assist in training arrangement or other company activities.
Responsibilities:
New Staff Induction
• Prepare welcome package to the new staff and collect all the documents from the staff
and keep record;
• Coordinate with team leaders of new staff to do job/team structure introduction and
prepare the orientation process;
• Prepare probation review and annual career conversation review on-line, remind
supervisor do the review and collect feedback.
HRIS Management
• Key in staff information to all HRIS database in a timely manner, renew database as
soon as changes happen and update team structure under leader’s instruction;
• E-leave, Maconomy System, Ogilvy Profiler, Email account and other related database
maintenance;
• Identify the need for employee databases and systems and manages their
implementation and on-going delivery.
Performance Appraisal
• Assist in rolling out performance review name list, prepare and dispatch review form;
Follow up the appraisal process and collect feedbacks;
• Support team leader on preparing the promotion announcement.
