Responsibility：
Develop BU ES sourcing management report
Analyze Data (DIO, Excessive RM risk, PO backlog, Lead-time, FCST) and improve sourcing performance
Design sourcing management system and tool
Govern, synergy and improve sourcing process of each plant
Provide related manuals and training documents of new data tool and process
Regularly report the update about routine task and project progress
Coordinate with Cross functional teams
Requirements:
Good Understanding of Systems (Power BI , SQL ,NET Framework ,C#, optional for SAP, MS office..etc)
APICS CPIM certified for the expertize on material planning.
Business understanding in Printed Circuit Board(PCB) manufacturing or other electronic business is preferred
Extensive knowledge in purchasing with a focus on process development and material planning.
Project and programme management experience
Excellent inter personal skills to work effectively with our internal/External customer
Strong ability of learning, logical thinking, problem solving, good team spirit.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Willingness to travel
At least 2 years experience of process digitalization.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in purchasing or purchasing project management.
