This position will be responsible for developing and maintaining PXT data tools and dashboards.
Key job responsibilities
? Interfacing with HRBPs/HRPs, gathering requirements and developing complex analytics model and data-sets for deep dive
? Identifying the data quality issues across the various platforms at Amazon.
? Design and build data visualization tools to provide scalable solution for metrics reporting.
? Partnering with HRBPs/HRPs to build analytical solutions.
Basic qualifications
? Bachelors or Masters Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
? Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw PXT insights.
? Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
? Obsession with quality and customer experience - Attention to detail coupled with ability to think abstractly.
? Good written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese, being a fast learner and having the ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced development environment.
Preferred qualifications
? Experience using very large datasets.
? Ability to manage a project from scoping requirements through its launch.
