1、Biding evaluation, including technical clarification with vendors, TBE preparation and updated the inquiries for purchase based on the final TC of the confirmed EQP Supplier. 2、Carry out vendor documents review after P.O. award, including coordination work with disciplines, OWNER etc. Follow up vendor document status and support of expedition. 3、Coordination work with between VENDORs and internal disciplines, including engineering disciplines, and OWNER representative etc. Organize and coordination the squad check for equipment inquiries and vendor documents review between relative discipline and USA team. 4、Site visit(Cao site) similar CPD plant for understand the CPD production lines design/engineering. 5、Support construction for equipment installation, work scope definition, review ITB for construction. Support for other disciplines for such as process, layout, piping routing studies, electrical and instrument, etc. through clarification with potential vendors. 6、 Manage the schedule and quality of the responsible equipment according to the procurement plan. 7、Strong knowledge of package unit and rotating equipment, special for material handling equipment package and relates. Basic knowledge on the package control and discipline work scope. 8、Familiar with the Europe and USA（ISO/DIN/EN/ASME/API/ANSI） related standard and specification. Has the work experience from the USA project. 9、Good communicate in English.
