项目介绍
自2009年暑期实习生项目启动至今，每年都有近百位同学加入我们北京，上海、成都、广州、东莞、天津等地的销售、专业餐饮、人力资源、财务团队以及各地工厂，与我们的员工一起，度过了一个个辛苦而充实的夏天。他们中的佼佼者已经被录取成为雀巢管理培训生。

任职要求：
fresh graduates from university or college, major in food science, chemistry or biochemistry,etc;
responsible, hard working with passion, good communication skill, team work spirit, open-minded, optimistic, good learning ability;good performance and high potential is needed;
high flexibility to different operation position;well command of english and computer skills;
fast learning ability and self initiated;has ambition to pursue a successful career development.
岗位职责：
operate production processing and filling line equipment in accordance to nestle safety & quality policy
control and monitor equipments of production processing and filling line within standard parameters & set points.
check and ensure the product quality meet the quality standard (sg, mc etc)
do right nw / ccp control and record.
use right packing materials to pack right powder.
do right cleaning job and keep good hygiene environment in any time
actively participate in people involvement activities and projects such as task force, sga activity, nce and tpm
provide technical support to other line when required
involved in line labour standard improvement activities in his team
be able to train other operators.
support shift supervisor to smooth production operation
strictly comply to all internal and external safety, health and environment regulations and / or requirements
other tasks as instructed by immediate superior.
