工作内容: 1、服装理货贴标项目日常运作管理,门店巡查与监督; 2、工人招聘及培训; 3、制定相应规范,并采取合理方法与措施,确保员工遵守店铺的规章,并能按SOP要求进行作业; 4、加强与门店沟通,有效维护客户关系; 5、工人工资核算及日常报表提交; 工作时间: 1、每周2-3次,目前固定在周三、周日,根据海关清关情况稍有变化,周三、周日晚上23:00左右门店闭店后开始操作,一般凌晨5点前结束 2、现场巡查之外时间,在家办公。
